Executive Coaching and Advisory Services

In a field that is crowded with individuals who desire to be coaches few have the training and experience to be truly considered an Executive Coach or a Master Coach. Our coaches are all highly experienced and qualified as either Executive Coaches or Master Coaches. To be an Executive Coach at BrightStar our coaches must have significant experience working at the SVP level and above in Fortune 500 companies and/or their private equivalent. These individuals have worked with clients for many years delivering results that significantly change leadership effectiveness. Most also have advanced degrees in areas that focus on psychology and/or business. Our coaches help clients think through leadership and business issues often working as a sounding board, an advisor and/or as a counselor. They have learned to ask probing and challenging questions that help leaders focus on the issues of today and tomorrow. They challenge performance and paradigms, forcing industry leaders to thing innovatively. They help good leaders become great and great leaders to become outstanding.

BrightStar’s coaches also know that leaders must learn to become style flexible so that they are capable of handling the needs of the organization in a rapidly changing environment. At the same time leaders must learn skills and traits that need to remain ever constant – Integrity, Honesty, Respect, Vision. Our Master Coaches are all that our Executive Coaches are and more. To be considered a Master Coach at BrightStar, they need to have years of experience in training, developing and coaching other coaches. They have typically worked in a variety of global settings and in numerous industries. And, they have extensive experience in working with C-Suite executives in Fortune 500 companies. These individuals are comfortable in any business environment and are very knowledgeable in human performance, psychology, finance and general business issues. Most will have direct experience in leading significant line or HR units as business executives themselves.
